Focus Cloud are currently working with a Large Global Workday End Customer who are hiring for a Workday HR Systems Manager.
This opportunity is ideal for an Analyst who's ready to take the next step in their Workday career.

This opportunity presents a great environment to gain exposure to a wide breadth of HCM Modules
 
This is a Remote Permanent Opportunity.

OFFICIAL JD:

  • Provides leadership around the oversight integrity and administration of Workday HCM and related systems
  • Provide expertise and leadership in Workday HCM including Core HR Recruitment Compensation Absence Talent & Performance and Learning
  • Day-to-day responsibility for the utilisation of Workday HCM and related and dependent HR systems and be a primary systems contact
  • Monitoring and implementing changes to improve the data integrity in systems including coordination and management of system audits
  • Manage system configuration master data values business process and security change plan and sign off as well as scheduling and directing operational changes through team
  • Own and manage the HR security model
  • Test validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
  • Review validate and implement changes in relation to the 6 monthly updates for Workday and other related SaaS solution
  • Ensure all changes to data and configuration within the systems are accurate have all appropriate approvals are made in a timely manner and provide audit control
  • Responsible for delivery of process improvements to enhance the utilisation of HR systems
  • Responsible for the impact assessment approval and implementation of system changes requested in line with agreed change management processes

 
Required Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience of Workday HCM and working in a similar Systems Manager role
  • 2 Years minimum Workday Experience including Configuration with Core HCM Recruiting Compensation Absence Talent & Performance and Learning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users at all levels
  • Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
  • Have completed Workday HCM Fundamentals Training or equivalent
  • Exposure to Workday report writing and data structures
  • Exposure to Workday data management processes such as EIB uploads
  • Experience of using ServiceNow or similar service management software
  • Knowledge and experience of cross functional working on both HR and Finance processes an advantage
