Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your Workday experience in the early phases of the Workday implementation to ensure foundational data structures and processes strike a balance between leading industry practices and relevance to the business.
  • Partner with other corporate functions to understand data use today and constantly make progress toward enterprise data consistency.
  • Quickly learn legacy system data structures and reporting processes for legacy HR/Payroll/ERP systems to deliver existing reports and improve/automated their future delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of ad hoc reports from a variety of HR and adjacent enterprise systems.
  • Be an expert in various ETL practices and Workday EIBs.
  • Partner with other corporate functions to understand data use today and constantly make progress toward enterprise data consistency.
  • Consult with stakeholders of all data maturity levels to understand both basic short-term and advanced long-term reporting & analytics needs.
  • Build and execute a multi-year roadmap for the maturity of a global HR Data & Analytics function, with short-term milestones consistently contributing to a mature predictive analytics future.
  • Use project management expertise and leading practices to execute efforts both small and large.


You will need:

  • 10 years+ in a data management setting
  • 5 years+ in leading a team of Workday Data professionals
  • HR Tech Project Management experience
  • Need Workday Prism experience
  • Understanding of GDPR impacts on global data operations
