  • Experience with the implementation and/or maintenance of HR IT systems
  • Experience with IT Compliance, data privacy and GDPR
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Attention to detail to get it right
  • Very good communication skills with service-oriented thinking
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to stay focused in complex environments
