Sales Executive selling Workday Deployment services for an official Workday Partner

Job Specification

  • Develop and execute successful targeted UK territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targets
  • Develop and manage all phases of the business development cycle including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract details
  • Regularly attend trade shows and conferences to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Workday solutions
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence on products/services, incorporate it into sales client planning process, and sharing with other key stakeholders within the business and externally
  • Keep abreast of updates and changes to the technology and apply this appropriately in sales strategy and execution
  • Manage relationships with Workday Sales Execs and Regional Sales Directors
  • Facilitate communication with Cloud Deployment Solutions proposal team support (solution architects, staffing, proposal support, etc)
  • Promote Cloud Deployment Solutions within the business and beyond. Engage with Account Executives, the wider commercial team and others with client facing responsibilities to mine existing client relationships across practice areas
  • Help facilitate education and training to external parties on benefits of Workday and new innovations
  • Maintains ongoing relationship management for target customers and owns the overall stewardship process
  • Provides client reviews and long-term planning – focusing on strategic planning, including road-mapping, as well as mining new and reoccurring revenue
  • Drives increased client satisfaction, measured by surveys, spend and feedback
  • Facilitate communication with AMS proposal team support (solution architects, staffing, proposal support, etc)
