The Role
A need has been identified to recruit a Workday Support Consultant to join the Technology team. You will be responsible for providing internal application support for our Workday project (HCM & Financials). 

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of key Workday administration roles including security, integrations and reporting
  • Ensuring data integrity within Workday and any linked applications
  • Advising management of new improvement opportunities within Workday and linked applications
  • Project managing Workday improvements, upgrades and change requests from scope to implementation
  • Providing support and guidance for Workday releases
  • Providing assistance to colleagues in regard to the efficient and proper use of Workday and relevant additional applications
  • Liaising with our AMS partner for 2nd line support

The ideal candidate would fulfil the following criteria:

  • Proven ERP experience (both HCM & Financials)
  • Strong IT technical skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of accounting is beneficial
  • Strong ability to provide support and training to users
  • Experience in training users on an ERP system across all levels of a business
  • Good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in implementing new software
  • Experience in reviewing business systems & processes to identify requirements, through to design and implementation
  • The ability to create and maintain system and process documentation
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
